I have been helping people to quit smoking since the year 2000 and this programme is successful that it has helped literally thousands of people to stop smoking. In fact, most of my clients come from recommendations because the technique is so successful. As long as you want to quit smoking, these sessions will enable you to become a non-smoker once again. Imagine how amazing it would feel to know that you’ve finally given up for good.
Why don’t these sessions involve hypnosis?
Well, speaking as someone who has practiced hypnotherapy for seventeen years, hypnosis can be a good boost for people. And who wouldn’t like the idea of being put out to sleep and awaken to find your issues have been resolved! However, apart from a few highly suggestible people, I’m afraid there is no magic wand, permanent treatment for stopping smoking. Very often, once the initial boost of the hypnotherapy session has worn off (maybe days, weeks or months later) people’s old unhelpful beliefs and thinking styles resurface.
As a stop smoking hypnotherapist, I was often asked the question: “will IT work”. An honest answer to that is….I can’t be sure! We’re talking about relying on the subconscious mind – this intangible, mysterious part of our brain. My Thrive for stopping smoking sessions take away the ‘IT-ness’ and put the control back in your hands. I’m confident in saying that with the knowledge and insights my sessions give you – and with the effort on your part to apply it – you WILL stop smoking easily!
Just thought I would let you know that all is going well and I have not had a cigarette since our session, although I have killed eight people (joke)
Why do people find it hard to quit smoking?
Most people find it hard to give up smoking because they have certain beliefs about smoking, addiction, nicotine, withdrawal, etc. Holding these beliefs has the knock-on effect of making you feel powerless to stop smoking. The programme easily de-bunks these beliefs, thereby helping you feel in control and empowered to stop smoking.
Most smokers believe they are addicted to cigarettes: they are under the control of nicotine. I will PROVE to you that this is not the case, freeing you from this limiting belief and giving you back power and control. Become a NON smoker, not just an EX smoker!
With this technique, you will gain a wonderful sense of pride and pleasure at becoming a non-smoker and you’ll want to tell everyone you know how easy is was for you to quit cigarettes for good!
I just want to say ”thank you” Cara. I haven’t even felt like wanting to smoke a cigarette plus there were a couple of tough days as well. All I did was walk away from the problem and returned later on.Usually I’d have smoked myself stupid in getting the matter resolved. It’s just getting used to doing the things I usually did but without smoking ….easy peasy lemon squeezy..!!
This technique is so effective is because I understand exactly WHY people smoke and why their attempts to give up are often unsuccessful. I will help you to change your belief system to that of a non smoker… and as a non-smoker, it is the easiest thing in the world not to smoke.
Non-smokers do not think about or desire cigarettes because it is not in their mind set, as it once was not in yours. Once upon a time you were a healthy non-smoker who could engage in any activity, any situation, without even the slightest thought about cigarettes. You can be that person again.
What you will gain from the stop smoking sessions…
• You’ll feel an enormous increase in your levels of willpower
• You’ll feel confident in yourself; you will regain control
• You’ll feel a huge sense of achievement as a non-smoker
• You’ll feel healthier and happier as a non-smoker
This means that you will not be suppressing any craving or desire to smoke, nor will you have to avoid smoky areas or friends who smoke. You will not feel deprived in any way. You will not turn to food or other crutches, or become irritable and stressed because you will feel like a non-smoker, not an ex-smoker.
I have been trying to stop smoking for many years and I knew I would be a tough nut to crack! I can now thankfully say, after just one session, I am a non smoker! Just writing that down brings a smile to my face. Cara is a great lady who makes you feel relaxed and above all wants you to succeed.
